Personal training sessions will take place at Springs Gym, a private, well equipped gym in Washington that has a welcoming atmosphere for all abilities.

Personal Training & Injury Recovery

When it comes to injury recovery, a common element that is missing is exercise-based rehabilitation.

By combining our knowledge of injury recovery and exercise training, we can work with clients in one-to-one gym sessions to focus on strength and mobility, specific to their complaint, in order to regain full function.

To support the gym work, we can develop exercise plans for our clients so that they can continue working on their rehab or fitness goals outside of sessions.

Combination treatments of Sports Massage & Personal Training can also be very beneficial for clients with injuries or tight muscles as the massage can help prepare the body for training.
