Hyrox Training
If you haven’t heard of HYROX yet, then where have you been!
HYROX has become one of the biggest fitness competitions across the world and the best thing is, it is so accessible for everyone.
What is HYROX?
A combination of running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated 8 times.
With singles, doubles or relay divisions, this really is a race suitable for everyone.
My experience
It’s safe to say I have well and truly caught the HYROX bug after competing in 3 races in London, Madrid & Malaga, so the natural next step was to embark on becoming a HYROX coach to help more people take part.
